Work out for your brain

Advice from the Alzheimer’s Society website includes tips on how to reduce your risk of dementia.

One of the tips is to ‘give your brain a daily workout – This could be reading, doing puzzles, word searches or crosswords …If you can keep your mind active you are likely to reduce your risk of dementia’.
